I am a Licensed Psychotherapist practicing in Westchester County and through online video sessions. I have a graduate degree in Social Work from Fordham University and postgraduate training in Psychodynamic Clinical Practice at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City. 

Prior to opening my private practice, I gained experience working in a number of settings: mental health clinic, substance abuse treatment center, school, supportive housing, medical hospital and psychiatric hospital. 

As a result, my clinical practice is informed by working with a wide variety of people. I make it a priority to see my clients as whole people, not just a list of symptoms or behaviors from a textbook. That means considering every aspect of my client’s identity - culture, socioeconomic status, race, gender, sexuality, religion/spirituality and so on.
